Casalina

Wholesale Supply and Export of Hatching Eggs (Broiler / Breeding)

Casalina supplies Hatching Eggs, renowned for their high hatchability ($Hatchability$) and superior genetic quality, to the global poultry sector and integrated poultry farms. Our eggs, sourced from our breeding farms which meet the highest biosecurity standards and are Ari ($Specific$ $Pathogen$ $Free$ – SPF and Salmonella-free), are exported to our partners in the global market without any damage to their integrity, thanks to our automated collection, grading and climate control systems.

Thanks to our meticulous logistics management, our cold-chain-protected shipping infrastructure and our uninterrupted production capacity, we guarantee reliable worldwide delivery for your regular weekly shipments and large-scale breeding stock orders.

Exports and Sensitive Cold Chain Logistics

We are fully aware of the vital impact that timing, temperature and vibration control have on hatch rates in the transport of live commodities. We manage our hatching egg export processes in accordance with the strictest international logistics regulations:

Climate-Controlled Transport (Reefer):

All eggs are transported in special refrigerated (reefer) containers or lorries, where the temperature is maintained at a constant $15^\circ\text{C} - 18^\circ\text{C}$ and humidity at 75 per cent, in order to prevent embryo development from commencing and to preserve viability.

Fast and Flexible Delivery:

As the shelf life is limited, operations are managed via air freight or express road/sea freight routes, with customs procedures coordinated in advance under FOB, CIF, CFR or CPT terms of delivery.

Customs and Regulatory Support:

Full compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of the country to which you are importing; the complete preparation of the International Veterinary Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Farm Health/Vaccination Reports and customs priority documents.

Product Categories and Packaging Standards

The hatching eggs we supply to international markets are carefully selected to ensure that broiler (meat) integration operations achieve the highest possible yield:

  • Breeder Lines: World-leading broiler breeder lines such as Ross 308, Cobb 500 or Hubbard, which have proven their worth in the global market, have a high feed conversion ratio (FCR) and are disease-resistant.

  • Weight and Size Standardisation: To ensure a uniform hatch in incubators, only eggs with an ideal weight of between 50g and 65g and high-quality shells are selected.

  • Special Export Packaging: Palletised loading using special paper/plastic trays (30 items per tray) that minimise vibration and allow air circulation, and sturdy export cartons (360 items per carton) that protect the contents from external factors.

Biosafety Standards and Import Assurance

To ensure that the health of your flocks is not put at risk during your import operations, our breeding farms and hatching eggs are subject to constant veterinary supervision and international laboratory testing.

  • Disease-Free Status: Our farms are completely free from Salmonella (S. enteritidis, S. typhimurium), Mycoplasma (MG, MS) and Avian Influenza (Bird Flu) and Newcastle disease.

  • Certification: ISO 22000, HACCP and health certificates approved by the official veterinary authority of the importing country, as required by that country.

  • High Hatchability Guarantee: We aim for a seasonal hatchability rate ($Hatchability$) of at least 82–85 per cent for our eggs, which are kept fresh and delivered via the appropriate logistics.
